Our Model

Drawing Alegria aims to set and reach high fundraising goals to financially support medical procedures for impoverished children with cleft lip and palate in Colombia, organized by Dibujando Alegria. It is estimated that a surgery for a child with Cleft Lip and Palate is approximately $250 CAD inclusive of operating room rentals, medical supplies, and medicine through Dibujando Alegria’s operations.

We aim to host events and initiatives on a regular basis to raise funds. The organization also aims to gain sponsorships from Canadian individuals and corporations to cover event costs in order to maximize the funds that are directed to Dibujando Alegria’s surgical missions. If you have your own ideas for fundraising we urge you to do so to help us change lives!

Drawing Alegria’s plans are to conduct several annual events which raise funds while simultaneously

creating and running other fundraising initiatives. Past events include but are not limited to an annual golf tournament, an annual gala, and Zumbathon’s.
